The basic format for aquiring and producing my work is that of a commission. It would be called a project.
Much of it is bespoke, and therefore is to create something unique, new, and special.
You have come to the to the right place! I bid you a very warm welcome.
The Process
Exactly what then am I offering?
Projects come in many sizes, large, medium and small. Regardless of how modest or how substantial, each has its own opportunities for excellence. Each receives my full attention.
The first task is to understand what you want as completely as I can.
Then, the task for us both is to understand what is actually needed, and what would be needed to achieve it.
There should be an object in mind, the thing which the project sets out to achieve, in the broadest sense.
This could be simply to feel good in yourself, to impress your clients, or perfectly complement
an architectural setting or a decorative scheme.
Having got this far, designing the practical physical solutions is often relatively straightforward.
Finishing these suggestions into that perfectly realised solution may involve any amount of work.
Having that clear purpose in mind however ensures that the process is satisfying for all concerned,
and achieves a happy and successful result. There are many examples on these pages.
